Eligibility and research use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Products are offered solely for research purposes and are not offered for human consumption or human use. Ronan does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, treatment recommendations, or human-administration guidance.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, handling, and research activities comply with applicable law. Product information is not a claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
Orders, pricing, and errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Ronan may correct listing or pricing errors and may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If Ronan cancels an unfulfilled paid order, the applicable payment will be returned.
Shipping, cancellations, and refunds
The Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. A cancellation must be received before shipment. Additional conditions apply to damaged, incorrect, delayed, lost, and delivered shipments.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate information and for protecting any account credentials. Notify customer service promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Prohibited misuse
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape protected data, submit false information, or use products contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

The RONAN PEPTIDES name, site content, product presentation, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Ronan and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.
Website availability
The website may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or prohibited product misuse. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Ronan from claims and costs arising from your unlawful conduct, prohibited misuse of the website or products, or breach of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts serving Rutherford County, Tennessee. These Terms do not require arbitration.
Severability and changes
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Ronan may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
